Privacy notice
How we use the details you send us. Last updated 4 November 2026.
Who we are
Zentrum Solutions, Gulshan, Karachi, Pakistan. For anything about your data, email info@zentrumsolutions.com.
What we collect
- Contact and free-trial forms: your name, email, phone number, company, firm size and message.
- Job applications: your name, email, phone number, the role, your experience, what you tell us and your CV.
- Calls to our demo line (07482 746789): the call is answered by our voice assistant, and the recording and transcript are kept so we can check and improve it.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, set up a trial you've asked for, consider your application, or improve our demo. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and on taking steps you've asked for before any contract. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Where it's kept
Form messages are saved in our website's database and emailed to our team's inbox (Google Gmail). CVs are emailed to us and not stored on the website. The site is hosted by Vercel, and its database and files are stored with Supabase. We're based in Pakistan, so your details are handled outside the UK.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or application, and no longer than two years. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner.
Cookies and other sites
We use one cookie, a security token that lets our forms work. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and our animation library from cdnjs (Cloudflare), so those services see your IP address when the page loads.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@zentrumsolutions.com. If you're in the UK and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
